What is your process?

Every project starts with a blank page. We do not use templates or pre-made designs. Our process includes booking, discovery, creative direction, design and proofing, and production and assembly.

  • During booking, we reserve your place on our studio calendar and production schedule.
  • During discovery, we learn your wedding vision, location, guest experience, priorities, and aesthetic.
  • During creative direction, Nicole develops the custom art direction for your invitation suite or event stationery.
  • During design and proofing, we create the design, review the details, and guide the proofing process.
  • During production and assembly, we manage printing, embellishments, guest addressing, assembly, and mailing preparation.

After production, we assemble the suites and hand-deliver them to our local post office, where they are hand-canceled for our clients.

Why is Every Little Something different than other wedding stationery studios?

Every Little Something is a custom wedding stationery and event branding studio led by Nicole, a classically trained artist and designer.

  • All creative work is designed in-house. We do not use templates, outsource design, or repeat concepts from one wedding to the next.
  • Every project is built around the client, the setting, and the full event experience.
  • Our work combines fine art, print design, color theory, technical production, and event branding.

We are hired by clients who want original artwork, strong creative direction, and a fully guided design and production process.

Do you have a design minimum?

Yes. Custom projects start at $5,000.

  • Most full wedding stationery clients invest between $14,000 and $50,000 once save the dates, invitations, embellishments, day-of stationery, and event collateral are included.
  • Pricing depends on guest count, number of pieces, print methods, paper, materials, custom artwork, embellishments, assembly, mailing services, and day-of stationery needs.
  • Smaller guest counts or more limited scopes may fall below the typical full-event range.

All pricing decisions are discussed directly with our team and tracked via the client portal.

How do you ensure on-time and accurate deliveries?

Every project has a dedicated project manager assigned to the event and will keep the client and studio on track.

  • We use a client portal and cloud-based forms to track timelines, invitation wording, sketch proof approvals, formal proof approvals, invoicing, guest addressing, and production details.
  • After booking, both the client and studio receive clear deliverables so the project stays organized and on track.
  • Successful custom work requires both sides to follow the agreed timeline and process. That is how we protect accuracy, meet production deadlines, and deliver pieces that meet the standard everyone expects.

What is included in a custom wedding invitation suite?

Every custom invitation project begins with a four-piece suite: the main invitation card, details card, RSVP card, and envelope.

  • Each suite includes custom in-house design, high-quality papers, envelope liner, potage curation, creative direction specific to your event, proofing, and full assembly and production.
  • We hand deliver your final mailings to our local post office to hand cancel as part of the base pricing.

Can I add to my invitation suite after booking?

Yes. The custom process is designed to leave room for additions as the creative direction develops. Because we do not work from templates, every project is unique and has its own mix of upgrades and embellishments.

  • As a custom studio, we let the inclusions and upgrades be driven by the design process in consultation with your artist. Our intake form allows clients to select their favorites, but decisions do not necessarily need to be final at the booking stage.
  • Your suite can also include custom shapes, wax seals, ribbons, vintage postage, guest addressing, folios, booklets, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, letterpress, specialty papers, leather, wood, velvet, other custom materials, and full assembly.

Many of the pieces shown in our portfolio became more layered during the design process.

Do you design wedding stationery for international or destination events?

Yes. Every Little Something designs custom stationery for destination weddings and international events.

  • We regularly create for celebrations inspired by or located in Italy, France, Ireland, Thailand, and other destination wedding locations.
  • Our process works well for destination weddings because the stationery can reflect the location, architecture, culture, tone, and guest experience of the event.
  • We ship worldwide.

Are your designs from Alibaba, Etsy, or another marketplace?

No. Every Little Something does not source designs from Alibaba, Etsy, or any third-party marketplace.

  • All design work is created in-house by Nicole for our clients.
  • We do not sell our custom designs on marketplace platforms.
  • Any third-party listing claiming to sell our work is unauthorized.
  • Some of our work has been copied, stolen, or misrepresented online.

Clients should verify authenticity before purchasing from any outside listing.

What is your revision policy?

We are a commissioned art and design studio, not a template shop.

  • Our process includes creative alignment before design begins, a sketch proof to confirm direction, a formal digital mock-up, and text revisions to make sure event details are accurate.
  • Revisions are intended for wording, spelling, dates, names, logistics, and detail corrections.
  • Changes to the larger art direction, layout, materials, or creative concept may require a revised scope, updated timeline, and additional fees.

Our clients bring the vision and prefer that we lead the creative work.

Can I use ELS artwork on other pieces for my event?

As is common practice in custom event design, custom artwork created by Every Little Something remains the property of the studio, and copyright is retained by ELS.

  • If ELS is producing your day-of stationery, artwork may be reused within that approved scope.
  • If you want to use ELS artwork on items we are not producing, you may request usage rights.
  • Usage rights are reviewed separately and may require an additional licensing fee.

This protects the original artwork, the client experience, and the integrity of the finished event design.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Project deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit is not a product payment. It is a retainer for studio time, calendar availability, production scheduling, planning, administration, creative direction, and preparation.
  • Once a project is booked, that studio time is no longer available to another client.
  • Additional payments may also be non-refundable depending on the project stage.
  • Costs cannot be refunded once they are tied to custom design work, materials, printing, production, assembly, postage, vendor expenses, ordered goods, or approved work.

Custom work cannot be returned, reused, or resold.
