Every project begins as a blank page. Nicole — our founder and a Fortune 500–trained graphic designer — designs every suite personally, from first concept through final production. No templates. No outsourced work. No pre-existing formats.

The process is intentional by design. Every decision has a reason. Every outcome has a standard. Clients always know where they are, what comes next, and what to expect when the work is complete.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN AND PRINT STUDIO

Every Little Something operates as a true custom design studio. Each project begins with a blank page, and every invitation suite is created specifically for the couple and the celebration it represents.

That is what makes our process so exciting. Nicole works closely with each client to capture the vision for the wedding and translate it to paper in ways that are thoughtful, personal, and original.

Because every wedding is different, no two suites are ever the same. Guest count, printing methods, materials, and embellishments all influence the final design and production. Typical commissions start at $5,000.

Couples that design their full wedding stationery suite with us - Saves, Invites, Day-of -  have spent over $50,000 - while client that just want invitations with fewer embellishments could spend closer to our minimum.

Our Approach to Investment

Get Started

We approach each project as commissioned artists — capturing your vision, studying the tone of your event, and creating work that is intentional and original. Our clients come to us because they trust us to handle the details. They are not looking for templates or shortcuts. They are looking for someone to lead the process so they can focus on everything else that comes with planning a wedding. Each project includes a design call, a detailed timeline, and two proofing phases before production begins. Not everyone is ready to hand the creative reins over — and that's okay. We believe in being clear about how we work so you can decide if we're the right fit before we begin.

What is your design process?

Question 01

Every custom invitation suite begins with four core pieces: the invitation card, envelope, details card, and response directive card. All artwork is custom designed for a cohesive look across the full suite, with premium foil process printing, a coordinated envelope liner, digital guest addressing, and white glove assembly and handling.
Your proposal establishes the foundation. From there, the design process with Nicole is where the real conversation begins. Many clients build from this starting point by exploring additional design elements such as custom folios, details booklets, deboss printing, foil and letterpress printing, handmade paper, custom shapes and die cuts, and vintage postage. Couples often extend the design into ceremony programs, reception menus, escort cards, place cards, and wedding day signage, creating a cohesive paper story across the entire celebration.

What does a Custom Invitation Suite include?

Question 02

Our custom design process typically takes 10–14 weeks from design start to completion, depending on scope and production requirements. Clients commissioning Save the Dates, invitations, and day-of details will follow individual work plans for each phase, scheduled to align with their event timeline.
Because we follow defined design phases and work within a limited production calendar, we often book 9–12 months in advance. Clients are encouraged to reserve their production slot early to ensure availability.

How long does the custom design process take?

Question 03

As is standard practice for commissioned design studios, all custom artwork created by Every Little Something remains the property of the studio, and copyright is retained by ELS. Use of the artwork is subject to ELS’s discretion.
When ELS is retained to produce day-of goods, artwork is reused within that scope without additional licensing, making the process straightforward and cohesive. Clients who wish to use the artwork on items ELS does not produce may request to purchase usage rights, which are evaluated separately.

Can I use ELS artwork on other pieces for my event?

Question 04

Yes. We aim to make payment simple and flexible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and ACH, and offer financing through Affirm and Klarna. Project fees are typically divided into multiple payments based on scope and timeline. If you have questions or need help choosing the best option, we’re happy to help.

Do you offer flexible payment plans?
