If you’re planning a luxury wedding, you shouldn’t have to get halfway through an inquiry process before learning whether a stationery studio fits your budget.
So we’ll start with the numbers.
At Every Little Something, custom wedding stationery projects typically begin around $10,000. Most of our full-service wedding clients invest $20,000 or more. Larger, multi-event and highly customized weddings can go well beyond that.
We believe in price transparency. That doesn’t mean every invitation, menu or save-the-date has a fixed price. Our work is custom, and there are too many variables for that.
It means you should understand the general investment before you contact us—and once we’re working together, you should understand when a creative decision changes the price before you approve it.
What Is Considered a Luxury Wedding?
There isn’t one universally accepted definition of a luxury wedding.
Splendid Insights, a wedding-industry research firm, offers a useful benchmark. Its 2026 Wedding Market Reports are based on a survey of more than 54,000 people who married in 2025.
The firm divides weddings into six budget categories:
| Wedding Category | Total Wedding Budget* |
|---|---|
| Ultra-Luxury | $500,000+ |
| Luxury | $96,000–$500,000 |
| Premium | $31,000–$95,000 |
| Standard | $11,000–$30,000 |
| Economical | $1,100–$10,000 |
| Intimate | $1,000 or less |
*Excludes rings and honeymoon.
Every Little Something primarily serves the high-luxury and ultra-luxury wedding market.
But total wedding budget isn’t the only thing that defines our client.
Our clients care deeply about design. They want original work created for their wedding rather than adapted from a template. They value materials, craftsmanship and service. And they want an experienced studio handling the details from beginning to end.
How Much Does Every Little Something Wedding Stationery Cost?
Here’s our pricing as simply as we can put it:
Custom wedding stationery projects typically start around $10,000.
Most full-service weddings invest $20,000 or more.
The final investment depends on the scope of the wedding, quantities, materials, printing methods, original artwork, number of events and the pieces we ultimately create.
A destination wedding with several days of events is different from a single-day celebration. A wedding for 400 guests has different production requirements than one for 100.
That’s why our work isn’t sold through fixed packages.
But custom doesn’t have to mean unclear.
What Does Full-Service Wedding Stationery Mean?
When we say full service, we’re talking about the entire wedding—not simply the invitation.
That generally means four stages:
Save-the-dates → Invitations → Wedding-weekend collateral → Day-of stationery
Depending on the wedding, that can include save-the-dates, invitation suites, welcome materials, itineraries, menus, ceremony programs, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, bar and food signage, favor details and other pieces created specifically for the celebration.
The exact mix is different for every client.
That’s the point.
We build the stationery around the wedding rather than building the wedding around a stationery package.
Why Wedding-Weekend and Day-of Stationery Can Be the Largest Investment
One thing sometimes surprises clients: the invitation isn’t always the largest line item.
For many full-service weddings, the largest investment comes during the wedding weekend itself.
Part of that is simple math.
Invitations are typically mailed by household. Day-of pieces are often produced by guest.
A wedding might require 125 invitation suites but 250 menus, 250 place cards and 250 ceremony programs—plus welcome materials, signage, table pieces and stationery for additional events throughout the weekend.
The quantities add up.
The timeline also gets tighter.
Invitations are generally developed well in advance. Wedding-weekend stationery is often produced much closer to the event because final guest counts, menus, seating assignments and event details aren’t available months ahead.
That makes late changes more complicated.
A seating change isn’t simply moving a name on a spreadsheet if individual pieces have already entered production. A menu change may affect something being letterpressed, foil stamped, die cut or assembled by hand.
There is also a bigger reason our clients tend to invest here.
The wedding weekend is when everyone is finally together.
The save-the-date introduces the celebration. The invitation sets the tone.
But the wedding itself is where guests experience it.
This is the moment when our clients want the details to come together and make a meaningful impression.
How Our Price Transparency Works
For us, price transparency isn’t just publishing a starting price on our website.
It continues throughout the project.
Once the contract is signed, we begin our design and creative scoping process. We ask questions about what the client wants, what they consider a must-have, where they want to make an impact and what budget they want us working within.
Then we design.
As the project moves through proofing, we may present different creative options. Some don’t affect price at all. Others might involve an additional printing process, a different material, a more complicated shape, an additional piece or another upgrade.
When an option changes the cost, we tell the client what it costs before they approve it.
That’s important.
A client may love the idea and add it.
They may decide they’d rather invest that money somewhere else.
Or they may simply keep the original scope.
All three are perfectly good decisions.
Saying no to an upgrade doesn’t mean we’re going to make something less beautiful. It means we continue doing our job within the scope we’ve already established.
Custom Doesn’t Have to Mean an Open-Ended Budget
There is a misconception that commissioning truly custom wedding stationery means handing a designer a blank check.
That’s not how we work.
Creativity actually benefits from understanding the parameters.
If we know where a client wants to invest, what matters most to them and where they’re comfortable financially, we can make better recommendations.
We might suggest putting more of the budget into the invitation itself.
For another wedding, we might recommend keeping the invitation restrained and putting more resources into the guest experience during the wedding weekend.
There isn’t one correct answer.
Our job is to understand the wedding well enough to know where exceptional design will matter most.
Who Is the Every Little Something Client?
Our clients tend to be planning high-luxury and ultra-luxury weddings, destination celebrations, estate weddings and multi-day wedding weekends.
The guest count can vary considerably. So can the overall wedding budget.
What tends to be consistent is how they think about the details.
They want something personal.
They appreciate original art and beautiful materials.
They care about how something feels in a guest’s hand, not simply how it photographs.
They want the invitation to establish a visual language that can carry into the wedding itself.
And they want someone else managing the hundreds of decisions and production details required to make that happen.
That’s where Every Little Something fits.
