Understanding Our Pricing and Process

May 28, 2026

One of the most common questions we receive is: how much should we expect to spend on custom wedding stationery?

The honest answer is that every project is different.

We are a fully custom studio, which means we do not have set packages or one standard price for every client. Each proposal is shaped by your wedding vision, guest count, timeline, design direction, print methods, materials, and the details we create together through the design process.

Most custom invitation projects begin around $6,500. Some clients stay close to that starting point. Many clients choose to invest more as the project develops and additional details are added. It all depends on what we are creating, how many pieces are involved, and what matters most to you.

Our goal is to be transparent from the beginning, while also leaving room for the project to become what it needs to be.

Every proposal we create is designed to give you a complete and beautiful invitation suite. From there, we work with you to understand your priorities, talk through the possibilities, and guide you toward the choices that make the most sense for your wedding.

Some clients want something refined and simple. Others are drawn to layered paper details, custom artwork, specialty printing, ribbon, envelope liners, unique shapes, hand assembly, or multiple event pieces. Because everything is custom, each of those choices can influence the final investment.

We also create custom Save the Dates and Day-of Paper, including menus, programs, escort displays, signage, welcome materials, table numbers, favor tags, and other wedding weekend details.

Day-of Paper often starts around $6,500 as well, though the final cost depends on guest count, number of pieces, scale, timeline, and production details. Clients are sometimes surprised that day-of paper can cost as much as invitations, and sometimes more, because there are often more guests, more items, larger pieces, and tighter timelines involved.

The best approach is to think about your full wedding paper story early. That gives us the ability to help you plan thoughtfully, decide where the investment matters most, and create a cohesive experience from the first impression through the wedding weekend.

Our promise is simple: we will be honest about pricing, clear about process, and thoughtful about helping you create something personal, beautiful, and lasting.
