What Happens After You Inquire With Every Little Something

February 21, 2026

Submitting an inquiry is the first step toward something we take seriously — a suite designed entirely around you. Here is exactly what happens next, so you know what to expect and nothing gets missed.

We hear from couples and planners every week who are excited about the process but unsure what comes after they hit submit. This post exists to answer that question clearly — and to make sure our first email actually reaches you.

01 REVIEW

We read everything you shared.

Every inquiry form is reviewed personally by Emi, Nicole’s Project Manager. We read your vision field, look at your inspiration images, and note your event date and mailing target before we write a single word of our response. Our goal is to reply within one business day — not with a template, but with a response that reflects what you actually shared with us.

02 CONNECT

We send a custom proposal built around your vision.

Your first email from us includes a pricing overview tailored to your guest count and event details, a summary of what is included in every suite, and a formal proposal link when we are ready to move forward. We also include a summary of your event details so you can confirm everything looks right before we finalize anything. Nothing goes to print until the count is confirmed — so there is no pressure to have an exact number at this stage.

03 BOOK

A deposit secures your place on our calendar and begins your design journey with Nicole.

Once you review the formal proposal and everything feels right, a deposit officially reserves your production time and starts the design process. From there, Emi will send a detailed timeline and work plan, and you will be introduced to Nicole — your sole designer from the first sketch to the final mailing. We take a limited number of events each season, so once your date is secured, it is yours.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE

Our first response comes via email from info@everylittlesomething.com — if you do not see it in your inbox within one business day, please check your spam or promotions folder and add us to your contacts so nothing gets missed going forward.

If you opted into texts when you submitted your form, those will come later — as quick updates, reminders, and proposal links as we move through the process together. But the first touchpoint will always be an email from Emi, and it will always be personal.

We are a small, purposeful studio. Nicole designs every single suite. Emi manages every client relationship from inquiry to final mailing. When you hear from us, you are hearing from the people who will actually do the work — and that does not change from the first email to the last one.
